Carbon Dioxide is one of the main greenhouse gases contributing to global warming. Did you know that it can stay in the atmosphere for up to a thousand years? While people everywhere are collectively working towards reducing emissions, you can contribute by enabling carbon sequestration. Through our partner farmers, we ensure trees are cultivated and in tiptop shape so they could capture as much carbon dioxide from the atmosphere as they can! You not only get to show our atmosphere some TLC but support agriculture too.

Classrooms aren’t the only thing on our agenda. Since 2014, HOPE has been supporting coconut farmers in the Philippines who are given coconut seedlings that grow produce for families and communities.

But these trees help the environment, too! Each seedling you purchase eventually grows into a coconut tree that sequesters 417.58 kilos of carbon during its entire lifespan to combat climate change.

There are many ways to offset your plastic footprint, like choosing products made of sustainable materials or recyclable packaging. Another way you can augment your efforts is through plastic credits, which represent an amount of plastic waste recovered from the environment. You pledge a certain amount, and we’ll collect it through our network of aggregators and co-processors! Consider it an extra boost in your journey to help protect our environment.

Did you know that tires are one of the main contributors to plastic pollution? Tires are actually made of 24% synthetic rubber, causing them to shed tiny plastic particles when used throughout their lifespan. These microparticles end up in waterways and make their way into rivers and the ocean, where they are slowly affecting the long-term health of marine life. Part of the solution to stop this crisis is responsible management of used tires, which you can take part in! Just pledge an amount you want to clean up, and we’ll activate our network of environment-loving partners to do the rest.
