Background

Archbishop Emilio Cinense Elementary School in Pampanga was built in 2018 and is currently home to 607 students, composed of different indigenous peoples groups. It has 14 working classrooms, three of which are marked condemned and have been ordered by the Department of Education to be evacuated. Because the school is situated near a river and catch basin of water, the classrooms experience flooding during the rainy season.

HOPE has donated three classrooms.
