Purified Water is water that has been mechanically filtered or processed to remove impurities and make it suitable for consumption. Hope in a Bottle is Purified Drinking Water that goes through reverse osmosis.

While water in itself does not expire, storing it in plastic bottles for over 24 months slightly alters the taste.

HOPE strongly encourages upcycling. We are on track to building all our new classrooms using Eco-bricks, which are hollow block alternatives made from recycled plastic waste. We remain open to partnering with organizations for recycling programs. Please send an e-mail to if you have a project in mind!

HOPE creates and sells products which allow customers to make a social impact with every purchase they make. We then donate 100% of our profits to build public school classrooms around the country. While both social enterprises and NGO’s create social value, social enterprises aim for sustainability in the financial, social and environmental sense.

In 2012, there was a reported 67,000+ classroom shortage. Thousands of children are still deprived of a decent learning environment. We will continue to work on building classrooms because of the positive impact it has on the children’s education.

A HOPE classroom is built once our retail partner has purchased 500,000 bottles.

We work very closely with the Department of Education to determine the country’s “most needed” build areas. We recommend these locations to our accounts, but are also open to building in areas that are relevant to our partners.

Roughly 3-6 months, depending on the number of classrooms that are to be built.

We only build public school classrooms to address the growing deficit. Please send your classroom name, location and contact details to and our operations team will be in touch.

We only donate our profits, which already excludes the costs to produce our product.

No, we bid out our classroom builds to different contractors first. Are you a contractor interested in building for a cause? Please send your details to

Your company will be eligible to receive a tax credit under DepEd’s Adopt-a-School program upon completing a classroom build with HOPE. Please send an e-mail to so we can explain this in more detail!
